The Continues Dryer Machine is one of the efficient and maintenance free dehydrator which created a revolution in Dehydration technology. Cereals like maize, wheat, rice, millet; spices like pepper, turmeric, ginger and many othervarieties of vegetables and fruits can be preserved for a long period of time by this eco- friendly technology. This will avoid the wastage of food product, by drying and preserving for a long period of time without losing its natural values, vitamins and aroma. This is achieved by the advanced flavor lock technology in the drying system.
Any agricultural products can be dried by hot air blown from the furnace or hot air generator by the help of an ID fan and passed through the conveyor belts in the drying chamber of hot air continues drying machine. Forced ventilation and adjustable air distribution ensure the temperature balance, the materials can be dried evenly.
The continues dryer is a combination of a feeding conveyor, grading machine, heat exchanger, blower, control panel, drying chamber and unloading bucket elevator. Feeding conveyor is used for inputting materials into the conveyor. It consumes less time than the manual inputting and also prevents bacterial contamination. The heat exchanger is used for producing the hot air that is required for drying the product. Fire wood, biomass, Coal or diesel is used as the fuel for generating the hot air. Blower is used to pass the hot air evenly through the drying chamber. Control panel is the overall control system of the dehydrator. We can adjust the speed of the conveyor belts by the help of a VFD as per the moisture level of the grain and the required temperature. It also regulates the electrical process of the dehydrator. The drying chamber is the place where the product tor drying is input. This is composed of a square chamber with a contact area of 304 food grade SS Steel and SS l\/lesh. There are chains or belts inside the chamber which is on a continues movement. The number of conveyor belts may increase as the input quantity of material increases. The moisture level of the inputted material can be decreased accordingly. After drying the product is graded according to its size. Unloading bucket elevator collects the dried and graded maize which is then guided tothe packing house.
