Even though it is an easy method, dehydration using Rotator1 T215 is frequently used nowadays. In this method, we need not to spend much time separating the delicate leaves from the stem. instead, the whole leaf including the stem is inputted into a rotating chamber. The rotating chamber is in a permanent motion. The leaves automatically get withered when it is dried by the hot air. The peculiarity of this method of dehydration is that, there is no loss of natural colour ofthe leaves which can be finely powdered afterthis drying process. The capacity of Mediator1 T215 and Rotator1 T2:5 varies from 100kg input capacity to a range of 2000kg per batch.
